Kovuu (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is built to help America’s gig workers track income and estimate taxes with clarity and confidence. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you join our waitlist or connect your bank via Plaid, we receive your name, email address, and basic device information. Through Plaid’s secure integration, we obtain masked account details, balances, and transaction history to power our insights—without ever seeing your actual login credentials.
Your information lets us deliver personalized income tracking, tax estimates, and product updates. We may also analyze usage patterns to improve security, fix issues, and refine the features you care about most. We promise no spam—only essential communications.
We never sell or rent your data. We share only with trusted partners—Plaid for financial connectivity and our cloud providers for hosting and analytics—under strict security agreements. We will disclose information only if required by law.
You can disconnect your bank at any time and request access, corrections, or deletion of your data by emailing support@stalwartcrest.com. We respect your privacy preferences.
We protect your information with industry-standard encryption and regular security audits. We retain waitlist details until launch or opt-out, banking data until you disconnect, and anonymized logs for up to 12 months to monitor performance and detect fraud.
Kovuu is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not onboard minors or permit account connections from anyone under 18. Our service is designed for U.S. residents. If you access Kovuu from outside the United States, you do so at your own discretion and are responsible for complying with local laws.
We may revise this policy over time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above and notify our users if changes are significant.
